Puntazo Fantasy is a free-to-use entertainment platform offering fantasy sports predictions for padel tournaments. The Platform does not involve real-money wagering, betting, or gambling of any kind. Virtual points earned on the Platform have no monetary value. The Service is not regulated by the National Betting Authority of Cyprus (NBA) or any gambling regulatory authority, as it does not constitute a gambling or betting service.
3. Non-Affiliation Disclaimer
Puntazo Fantasy is an independent platform and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the International Padel Federation (FIP), Premier Padel, any national padel federation, or any professional padel player. Any use of tournament names, player names, or organizational names is strictly for identification and informational purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, tournament names, and player names mentioned on the Platform are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. The Platform's own content, design, code, and branding (including the Puntazo Fantasy name and logo) are the intellectual property of Wombi Enterprises Ltd and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
5. Data Source
Tournament draws, match results, and player information are obtained from publicly available sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. Our scoring decisions based on available data are final.
